The group JV has three hot air ovens with forced air circulation specifically designed to confer the post-curing process required, (after its pre-vulcanized), and which greatly facilitates accomplishing the most demanding delivery times.

 

Being able to manufacture parts, profiles and joints of all types of silicone with any type of base: standard silicone insulation (VMQ), conductive silicone, antistatic silicone, silicone vapor, fluoro-silicone (FVMQ), high temperature silicone (THT), silicone for low temperatures (PMVQ), silicone suitable for contact with food complying with the regulations FDA (CFR21 section 177.2600) and BgVV (recommendation XV), medical grade silicone complying with the USP class VI, standard spongy silicones, spongy high temperature silicones as well as spongy silicones suitable for contact with food.
